Service Description
Speed and Agility Performance Training at RUSH Athletics is designed to help athletes learn how to move faster, react quicker, and reduce injury risk -applicable to all sports! Structured sessions will focus on: -Proper mechanics -Footwork and change of direction -Balance, coordination, and body control Our curriculum was created by Exercise Physiologists, ensuring a no-nonsense, science and data-driven training method that has been proven to give athletes the split-second advantage that makes all the difference!
Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods: Credit/Debit/Cash Booking: A deposit requirement must be satisfied to secure the booking. Deposits may be refunded up to 48 hours before the associated event. Waiver: All participants must complete the participant waiver before any event (one-time, digital). Attire: Participants and spectators must dress appropriately. Casual athletic attire recommended. Weather: Facility delays and/or closures are subject only to extreme weather conditions.
